Appointments & Cancellations

New to the salon:  We require all new clients to complete a client information form.   This is to gather relevant treatment and medical information about you to assess your suitability for treatments and/or products used during your service.  To allow time to fill out these forms, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking time.

If your first appointment to the salon is over 1 hour in duration, a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your booking.

For all clients:   When you make an appointment with one of our therapists we are promising her time to you for the duration of your appointment.  Please be respectful and adhere to these appointment etiquette guidelines.

Kindly arrive on time for your appointment, if you are late, some of your treatment may need to be cut short to respect the appointment time of the next client.  Your therapist will do her best to provide your full treatment in the time she is given, or we may need to reschedule your appointment.  Every effort will be made by your therapist to run on time for all of your treatments. 

Please notify the salon of any changes to your contact details including name changes, address, email and mobile number.  This will ensure you do not miss any important communications from the salon to you.

All appointments made (unless made less than 24 hours prior) will receive a confirmation SMS or email.   Please follow the instructions in the SMS or email to confirm your attendance to your appointment.  This is essential for the business to know which clients will attend, and prepare accordingly, as some appointments are made months in advance, and we understand client circumstances can change.

If you do not confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, the salon staff will attempt to contact you via phone, SMS or email to confirm attendance with you.

If the salon staff have tried unsuccessfully to reach you for confirmation, your appointment time maybe given to another client, or cancelled, as unconfirmed appointments usually result in a "no show".  

Cancellations & Rescheduling:   We understand there may be circumstances where you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  With this in mind we ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice. 

Please be courteous by giving as much notice as possible so that we can fill your appointment time. 

Changing your appointment services:  If you need to change the service you are booked for, please let us know with a minimum of 24 hours notice.   The same cancellation policy will apply to appointments that are reduced on the day or during the appointment.

We reserve the right to take credit card details to secure your appointment and in particular if the appointment is over an hour in duration.  If you cancel or reschedule outside of our 24 hour policy then you may be charged 50% of the appointment, and/or any deposits paid will be forfeited.

If you no-show for your appointment, any deposits paid will be forfeited, and you will be asked to 100% prepay your next booking, this payment will be non-refundable. 

If you no-show on more than one occasion, you will be required to prepay all future appointment bookings.

All packages, series sales, and prepaid services are classed as final sale, these purchases are not available for a refund.  If you find you do not require some of these services, please talk to the salon manager at the location you made your purchase to discuss the possibility of transfer of this item as salon credit.    

If you make a booking for a pre-paid service, and cancel this appointment within 24 hours or no-show.  The salon reserves the right to redeem your paid service, if that time slot was unable to be filled with another client appointment.

Prepaid treatments are not transferable to another client.
