The Skin Transformation Packages are available at all of our salon locations. 

Whilst we recommend all clients start with an Advanced Skin Consultation to ensure your Journey plan is tailored to your skin type, concerns, and goals, it is not necessary.

If you have recently had your skin analysed, or you know which treatments and products are required to meet your skin goals, you do not need a Skin Consultation in order to purchase a package.

Absolutely! The benefit of these packages is that you choose any treatments from our skin treatment menu that suit your skin goals. The Packages simply bundle a number of treatments and products, giving you savings and structure.

At Complete Skin & Beauty our emphasis is on results driven products that complement our treatments. The following professional skincare ranges may be available at our salons:

• O Cosmedics (all salons)
• Dr Esthé (not available at all salons)
• INSKIN.CO (not available at all salons)
• Neurocosmedics (not available at all salons)

Your professional skin therapist will recommend the most suitable products based on your skin type, concerns and treatment plan.

Please note: skincare ranges vary by salon. We recommend contacting your local Complete Skin & Beauty salon prior to purchasing your Package to confirm which ranges they stock.

No, our Skin Transformation Packages are tied to the individual who purchased them, and as a result, cannot be transferred to another person.  As our salons are individually owned, they must be used at the salon location where the package was purchased. Some exceptions do apply, it is best to discuss with your local salon.

Yes, you can secure your package now and start treatments when you're ready. Your treatments will remain on our system when you are ready to book in. 

You are able to choose any skin treatment from our skin and facial menu. The package discount, however, cannot be used with any other offers or promotions.

If you do not turn up to a booked appointment, this is classed as a "No Show".  Full credit for the booked appointment will be deducted from your account for any no show bookings.  

If you cannot make a booked appointment please contact the salon immediately when you know you cannot make it.  Please do not just not turn up.  It is not our aim to deduct money from your account without providing a service for you.
