How to use:

On clean, dry skin—preferably before a shower—stroke upward from your feet toward your heart in gentle, long sweeps toward major lymph nodes, repeating each area 3–5 times. After brushing, follow with a warm rinse and finish with moisturizer to lock in softness and hydration. Use this ritual 2–3 times weekly for skin that feels soft, smooth, and energized.
