Every year on March 8th, we come together to celebrate International Women's Day (IWD)—a global movement recognising the
achievements of women in all aspects of life, from business and leadership to community and family. This day serves as a powerful reminder
of the importance of gender equality, the progress we’ve made, and the work that still lies ahead.
At Complete Skin and Beauty, we are proud to be a female-dominated workplace, where women support, uplift, and empower each other daily. From our dedicated trainees to our experienced managers and salon owners, every member of our team plays a vital role in shaping our business and creating a welcoming space for our clients.
In honour of International Women's Day, we want to shine a light on some of the incredible women who have been part of our journey for greater than five years—our Hall of Fame team members. "I've had the pleasure of working with CSB for just over 5 years now as one of our Ashgrove's senior therapists, lash technician and electrologist. What I love most about CSB are the amazing women I work with. I am so blessed to work with such strong, beautiful, fun and talented ladies. I service in every treatment from hair removal all the way to skin treatments, however my favourite treatment to perform is lash extensions. My greatest achievement as a CSB employee is knowing my clients enjoy coming back to me for my service, I'm proud of the rapport I've built with each of my customers."

is Skin Needling, it can be tailored to all of my clients skin needs and the results
are always amazing! My biggest achievements at CSB is training in advanced skin treatments and leveling up my

I’ve grown so much as a therapist in my 7 years with Complete Skin & Beauty. With new treatments and training constantly on
offer, I’ve been able to deepen my skills and knowledge. I truly love my job, especially seeing the amazing results we can achieve for our
clients.
I struggled with cystic acne as a teenager and into adulthood, and it was through the advice and support of the amazing women I work with that I completely changed my skin. Now, I love helping my clients address their skin concerns and feel confident in their own skin."

Being in the beauty industry for over 16 years, Maree brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Complete Skin & Beauty. She is passionate about education and takes advantage of various marketing platforms to pass on her knowledge to clients and the public. She loves all things health and beauty, so promoting the many treatments and products that Complete Skin & Beauty has to offer is a rewarding experience.
